What data we collect

This site does not currently use cookies, forms, or tracking scripts. The only personal data we may receive is whatever you choose to send us when emailing hola@fikua.com — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.

Future analytics and forms

We plan to add privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, cookieless and anonymized) and may add contact forms in the future. When we do, this policy will be updated. Even then, no cross-site tracking, advertising cookies, or third-party profiling will be used.

Legal basis

For inbound emails, the legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your message (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).

How long we keep your data

Emails are kept for as long as needed to address the matter, and up to a maximum of 2 years afterwards. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties. Email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing (which acts as a transport processor) and stored in a personal Microsoft Outlook mailbox.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to hola@fikua.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date below.
